Gluten and sugar free

Ingredients
· 1 ¼ cups almond flour
· ½ teaspoon baking powder
· ¼ cup xylitol
· ½ teaspoon cinnamon
· ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
· 1 tablespoon cocoa
· Pinch of sea salt
· 3 over ripe bananas
· 2 organic eggs
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 300 F.
2. In a bowl, beat eggs.
3. Mash bananas and then add to the bowl.
4. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together.
5. Fill a muffin pan with unbleached paper liners and then add the batter.
6. Bake 25-28 minutes.
