INGREDIENTS
1 lb Brussels sprouts chopped or halved
½ vidalia onion shredded or finely chopped
⅙ tsp dried oregano
⅙ tsp dried thyme
⅙ tsp dried sage
2 tbsp coconut oil (or butter if not vegan)
Sea salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the oil/butter in a non-toxic pan.
Add onions and cook 1-2 minutes.
Add Brussels sprouts and spices and saute until crisp-tender (cut in ½ to check).
Serve and add salt/pepper to taste.
