Pulse and Mix all of the following into a blender or food processor:
- 1 cup almonds
- 2 cups pitted dates
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/8 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup cocoa or cacao
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- optional 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Roll blended mixture into balls and cover in extra coconut flakes.
Put in refrigerator ENJOY!
