1/2 cup plain organic greek yogurt
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 large cucumber peeled
1 stock celery
1 medium ripe banana
1 bunch (handful) spinach
1 bunch (handful) kale
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
2 tbsp chia seeds
4 tbsp ground flax seed
1 scoop ML Protein Powder
